Our team of surveyors apply for subdivision consents almost daily, and mixed into that are land use consents for building in relation to boundaries, heights in relation to boundaries, traffic numbers, parking and most other issues that can require a consent.

We also have two senior qualified planners who are Members of the Institute of Planners who are past Council staff, and are familiar with taking a consent that step further - to the Environment Court.
